Delta Tau Delta is a values driven organization. We strive to make all of our decisions based on our mission and values. Our members live by the principles of integrity, accountability, truth and courage. Building a fraternity around these values sets forth the expectations for how the fraternity will run and the behavior in the fraternity. Bringing these values into our Brotherhood allow for personal and organizational accountability and overall excellence.

Theta Tau wants bold leaders interested in leaving a legacy on campus. With the support of a brotherhood more than 150 years in the making, you will have the chance to redefine "fraternity" on your campus. What will you come back to in 20 years? Why join a fraternity at all? Fraternities are values-based organizations which offer young men many challenges and opportunities that a traditional college education may not afford. Through leadership opportunities within a fraternity, a young man may gain leadership skills valuable long after graduation. A member of a fraternity has an immediate support group that will become life-long network of friends. Joining a fraternity is more than just something you do in college. It is a commitment and benefit for a lifetime.

As most know, we lost our Hillside and common room this past year. We were moved next door to the West wing which has been quite the challenge for events and such. We have now entered into a growth period and are moving back next door to the larger area (Hillside 6b). By next year we hope to attain the on-campus numbers in order to get back the full hillside. The shelter will need new furniture, tools & bolts to reassemble the bar, a new amp for the speakers (a must for any event), and some more personality so that we may feel as though it truly is a Shelter for all brothers and alumni. Any contribution towards our budget is appreciated!
